PlayTime was built for a children's soft play centre and is a loyalty management and booking system at its core. It features 'free visit' rewards to drive repeat custom, has QR code scanning for instant check-ins, and a smart booking calendar that prevents overbooking with real-time capacity management to make sure the sites stay safe and compliant. Customers earn free visits whilst our client gained analytics and concurrency control.

Lifeguard Ops & Financial Dashboard

Satellite resource management application

Our client wanted to be able to manage a growing staffing base across mutiple locations under multiple contracts across Poland. The platform provides a real-time operations and financial management hub in this case, for lifeguard staffing. The application features an interactive heatmap showing gap severity across all locations, projected vs actual payroll cost tracking, a recruitment priority table ranked by severity and contract value, and live resource relocation functionality.

CV - Professional Portfolio

A personalised, professional CV

This started as a personal project for our founder, who was tired of LinkedIn and traditional CV formats. This project evolved into a professional, interactive CV, and the website is clean and modern with tabbed sections for employment history, education, and interests. A 'hidden' admin access allows the owner to log in and edit the CV in page, with a print function which makes applying for new roles very straightforward. The site for our client also included an AI chat that allows visitors to ask questions about the owner's CV.

The Common Room - Social Platform
Your own social platform

No adverts, no doom scrolling

Our client wanted to have a social media platform just for themselves, to allow their family to interact with other family members' posts and to keep up to date with those closest to them. Users can create accounts, write posts with images, follow other users, like and comment on content, and manage a personal profile. Includes an admin dashboard for user management and content oversight.
